配送ポリシー（日本語版・EMS対応）

 

発送について

• 当店の商品はすべて受注生産のため、ご入金確認後14日程度で発送いたします。
• 発送は日本国内は日本郵便、海外は EMS（国際スピード郵便） を利用いたします。
• 配送業者の混雑状況、天候、通関手続き等により到着が遅れる場合があります。

配送料金

• 国内配送：全国一律 200円
• 海外配送：EMS（国際スピード郵便）を利用いたします。送料は地域・重量により異なり、注文時に自動計算されます。

 

関税・輸入税について

• 海外に発送する場合、関税や輸入税が発生することがあります。これらの費用はお客様のご負担となります。

 

配送先住所について

• ご注文時に入力された住所が正確であることをご確認ください。誤入力による配送遅延や未着については責任を負いかねます。

Shipping Time

• All of our products are made to order. Orders will be shipped within approximately 14 days after payment is confirmed.
• For domestic orders within Japan, we use Japan Post. For international orders, we ship via EMS (Express Mail Service).
• Delivery times may be delayed due to carrier issues, weather conditions, or customs clearance.

 

Shipping Fees

• Domestic (within Japan): Flat rate 200 JPY
• International: We use EMS (Express Mail Service). Shipping fees vary depending on the destination and package weight, and are automatically calculated at checkout.

 

Customs and Import Taxes

• For international orders, customs duties or import taxes may apply depending on your country. These costs are the responsibility of the customer.

 

Shipping Address

• Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at the time of order. We cannot be held responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect address information.
